Meals. Most meals will be on your own with the exception of Friday lunch and Saturday dinner which are provided and will offer a wide variety so no choices are necessary at the time of registration. The hotel does not provide continental breakfast. Each room has coffee makers and the hotel has a full breakfast menu and a buffet. Nearby you can find a wide variety of fast and specialty foods as well, just a couple of blocks walk or easy driving access.
Transportation.The hotel does not provide shuttle service from the airport. We are organizing a "ground transportation committee" to help get folks from and returned to the airport, to the Whirl and Twirl from the hotel and back Saturday night. We recommend renting a car, sharing with a friend or roommate.
